  • This session is where we help you determine what ongoing care is recommended for your age, goals, lifestyle and symptoms. During this time we focus on the following:

    • Review of health history, goals, and lifestyle

    • Understand and assess baseline labs, or can recommend additional labs

    • Review options for medication and plan potential treatment pathways

    • Craft a personalized plan covering one or more services.

    For ongoing care, you continue to pay $59 for each service requested, so as you evolve, your care does too.

  • A focused medical weight-loss program designed for safe, sustainable results. Includes a comprehensive medical intake, eligibility assessment for GLP-1 therapy if appropriate, personalized weight-loss planning, prescription management and refills when medically indicated, quarterly clinical visits, secure messaging with your care team, and ongoing medical oversight.

  • Everything in Core, plus expanded support beyond weight loss. Includes monthly clinical visits, priority messaging, and the ability to address additional areas such as skin, hair, or sexual health. This tier also includes curated nutrition guidance, meal plans and grocery lists, lifestyle and habit support, movement and workout plans, lab review with treatment adjustments, access to additional treatment options, specialty lab testing, and community accountability.

  • Our highest level of care with full access and hands-on support. Includes everything in Elevated, plus unlimited clinical visits, text and phone access as needed, same-day priority messaging, comprehensive lab ordering and review, personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching with access to nutritionists and coaches, continuous medication and care optimization, priority access to your care team, and expanded treatment options.
