  • DefineMD provides personalized medical care focused on:

  • Currently, we accept patients in Texas and California only, however we are actively looking to expand to new states as needed.

    If you’re a patient interested in receiving care but are not in Texas or California, reach out to see when we’ll be available in your state.

  • Care is structured through an initial consultation and ongoing care plans or memberships. This allows for continuity, follow-ups, medication management, and plan adjustments over time.

  • Your first visit is a comprehensive medical consult. We review your health history, symptoms, goals, labs (if available), and discuss treatment options. This is not a rushed intake—it’s the foundation of your care plan.

  • DefineMD is for adults who want thoughtful, medically guided treatment—not quick fixes. Many of our patients are navigating weight changes, hormonal shifts (including perimenopause and menopause), low energy, metabolic issues, or want proactive longevity care.

  • When appropriate, prescriptions are written by your provider and sent to a licensed pharmacy. Medications are paid directly to the pharmacy. DefineMD does not mark up or profit from prescriptions.

  • No. Medication is never assumed. Every recommendation is based on medical need, clinical judgment, and your goals.

  • For patients seeking a more comprehensive experience, DefineMD offers higher-level care options where you get more access and direct clinical care. These include more frequent touchpoints with your provider, priority or near real-time access for questions and adjustments, personalized nutrition guidance, increased accountability, and the use of advanced or specialty lab testing when clinically appropriate. This level of care is designed for those who want closer oversight, faster refinement of their plan, and a more proactive, concierge-style medical relationship.
